8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for
solid waste
8 a.m. to 4:30 for yard
waste and construction/demolition waste
Saturday:
All loads will be weighed.
State Regulations No petroleum-based products such as vehicle oil or oil paints accepted except on special household hazardous waste pickup days (empty, dry containers will be accepted). All aerosol containers must be empty. Pesticide bottles must be rinsed, dry, and empty. Absolutely no batteries, acid, or antifreeze chemicals accepted in the landfill. Special waste must be accompanied by a disposal authorization issued by KDHE. HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE DAY will be announced by paper and radio |
