The Phillips County Counselor’s office advises the County’s elected officials and appointed department heads regarding civil matters related to their offices, handles prosecution of Children in Need of Care Cases and Care and Treatment cases, and handles litigation of other civil matters as directed by the Board of County Commissioners.
